The first Miami Home Design and Remodeling Show of the year is taking place in the heart of Wynwood at the Mana Wynwood Convention Center from Friday, March 1st to Sunday, March 2nd. This year's celebrity speaker will be Josh Flagg of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles! You can explore over 150,000 square feet of design, decor, and products. If decor isn't your thing, no worries! The home show will have plenty of events for you to enjoy. In addition to home-related panels by Josh Flagg there will be Family activities, and most importantly (to Fluent in Food at least) a food and wine pairing demo on Sunday, March 3rd at 3 pm!
So let's talk about that food and wine pairing demo. It's called "A Taste-Full Experience" and it will be hosted by Antonio Braschi from Costa Med Bistro and Stefano Campanini from Wine by the Bay in partnership with Brickell and Key Biscayne magazines. In this FREE seminar you will get to sample a selection of wines paired with different dishes. But make sure to register in advance, as seating is limited. If you have a good time you can visit Campanini at Wine by the Bay where he offers weekly wine tasting classes and Braschi at Costa Med to taste a creative menu inspired by the foods of France, Greece, Italy and Turkey!
Another awesome part of this year's Home Show will be exclusive "Designer Rooms" inspired by Miami Bloggers! I am super excited to share that I am one of the bloggers serving as inspiration for one of these rooms. I have been paired with designer Francy Arria who will be surprising me on Friday at the home show with my room!
