We visited Ecuador in July of 2025 and visited three amazing cities: Guayaquil, Quito, and Cuenca. Ecuador is definitely underrated when it comes to destinations in South America but it is an amazing country with a unique culture, beautiful sceneries, and incredible food. We packed in a lot but still feel like we have so much left to see!
